From four-month seasonal builds and multi-week cultural programs to corporate dinners, brand activations and youth programming, Inspire Events plans and produces events across the Kingdom from our Riyadh office.
Delivering an event in Saudi Arabia is not a matter of flying a production team in. Permitting, cultural protocols, the GEA framework, local supplier capacity and long operational windows all shape what is possible — and they change the answer at concept stage, not at build stage.
Inspire Events operates from an office in Riyadh alongside our Dubai Media City headquarters. Our local team understands KSA permitting, cultural protocols and the GEA framework, which is what makes multi-day activations, seasonal programming and government-facing work deliverable rather than theoretical.
We have produced and operated some of the Kingdom’s longer-form public and cultural experiences, including three of the four zones at Diriyah Oasis for Diriyah Season and an extended program of work with Diriyah Gate Development Authority spanning architecture, parks, handicrafts and youth education. Every scope is run by one team from concept through closing night.
A snapshot of the events, cultural programs and brand experiences we have produced across Saudi Arabia — from Diriyah Season and the Diriyah Architecture Lab to brand activations in Riyadh and private events in Jeddah.
As a full-service event production company in Saudi Arabia, we manage the whole lifecycle in-house — masterplanning, concept, fabrication, programming, entertainment, staffing, logistics, crowd management and daily operations.
Multi-month public experiences with sustained daily operations. For Diriyah Season we handled production, fabrication, management and maintenance of three of the four zones at Diriyah Oasis — Nature, Imagination and Reflection — working with architects, scenic managers and build teams on mega-installations and superstructures across a four-month run.
Long-form cultural frameworks combining workshops, research, public programming and institutional outputs. Our Diriyah Architecture Lab for DGDA covered workshops, programs, logistics, branding and production, welcoming architecture students from Saudi Arabia, Spain and Lebanon alongside global experts.
Placemaking and family programming that builds repeat footfall. The DGDA Parks Project ran six months, from constructing stages to running children’s workshops, built around community participation and belonging.
Corporate dinners, recognition evenings and stakeholder events. For DGDA we delivered a contractors’ appreciation evening at the Bab Samhan Hotel in Diriyah, bringing key partners and stakeholders together for recognition, networking and celebration.
Mall and retail activations across high-traffic KSA environments including Riyadh Park and Kingdom Centre, plus roadshows and sampling. Our Ninja Slushi campaign ran cross-country across the UAE and KSA, covering influencer home visits, outdoor activations, mobile product experiences, logistics and live engagement support.
Structured multi-week programs for young participants. Diriyah Horizons, the DGDA Summer Camp, was a six-week immersive leadership and skills development program for ages 10–17, hosted at the historic Diriyah site and blending educational activities with hands-on workshops.
VIP and private formats with protocol and discretion handled as standard. The Dior Ramadan Majlis in Jeddah was an exclusive private gathering with lush floral and elegant decor, attended by influencers and celebrities.
Every event we deliver in the Kingdom runs through the same five-stage process, shaped by KSA permitting, the GEA framework and the long operational windows that seasonal and cultural work demand.
Objective, audience, format and budget band, then a feasibility pass covering permitting, GEA framework requirements, venue and site constraints and cultural protocols. In KSA this happens first, not last — it determines what the creative can promise.
Creative concept, narrative, scenic direction, programming calendar and guest journey. For long-form work this includes the full operational calendar, not just opening night — what runs daily, weekly and seasonally.
Fabrication drawings, lighting and AV specification, entertainment booking, local supplier curation, staffing plan and logistics. Our Riyadh team holds the local relationships; cross-border scopes are consolidated under one account lead.
Build, rehearsals, daily operations, crowd management, vendor coordination and ongoing maintenance. On multi-month scopes the same operations team stays across planning and the full operational window.
Photography and film, attendance and engagement reporting, supplier reconciliation and a post-event report suited to government and institutional stakeholder review.
Our Riyadh office is the base for delivery across the Kingdom, with a regional reach that extends to the UAE and Qatar. Cross-border production is coordinated by a single account lead.
Our Riyadh office is the base for delivery across the capital — corporate events, brand activations at venues including Riyadh Park and Kingdom Centre, cultural programming and public realm work. Local supplier relationships, permitting knowledge and crew capacity sit with the team in-market rather than being flown in per project.
We deliver in Jeddah for private, luxury and brand formats, including the Dior Ramadan Majlis. Western region scopes are run from Riyadh with local supplier partners.
Diriyah is where the largest share of our KSA work sits — Diriyah Season, the Architecture Lab, Parks, the Summer Camp, the Handicraft Workshop series and the Contractors Dinner at Bab Samhan Hotel. Heritage-site delivery carries its own protocol, access and preservation constraints, and we have worked inside them repeatedly.
Our regional reach covers the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, with delivery experience in Doha, Jeddah, Abu Dhabi and across the Kingdom. Cross-border production is coordinated by a single account lead – see our event planner in Dubai page for UAE delivery.

For corporate and private formats, 8–12 weeks is workable. For public-facing activations, seasonal programming or anything requiring GEA approvals, heritage-site access or custom fabrication, brief as early as possible — regulatory and site feasibility should shape the concept rather than constrain it afterwards.
