From corporate conferences and product launches to brand activations, community festivals and luxury experiences, Inspire Events plans, produces and delivers events across Dubai and the wider UAE from our base in Dubai Media City.
Dubai runs on a compressed calendar. Venues book out months ahead, permitting timelines move, and a single launch window can decide whether a campaign lands. Working with an event planner in Dubai who owns the whole chain — creative, fabrication, entertainment, tech and on-ground operations — removes the handoffs where budgets and timelines usually slip.
Inspire Events is headquartered in Dubai Media City, with a second office in Riyadh. We plan and execute a full range of formats, from corporate gatherings and product launches to conferences, public festivals and private celebrations, and we bring five in-house disciplines to every brief: Events, Scenic, Entertainment, Activations and Tech.
That model has delivered for Expo 2020 Dubai, Sephora, Snapchat, Bepanthen, Dubai Silicon Oasis and Van Cleef & Arpels in the UAE, and for DGDA and Diriyah Season across Saudi Arabia. One creative lead, one production lead, one accountable team.
A snapshot of the events and brand experiences we have produced across Dubai and the UAE — from Expo 2020 pavilions and flagship retail launches to community festivals and invitation-only VIP experiences.
As a full-service event planning company in Dubai, we manage the entire lifecycle in-house — concept, design, fabrication, staffing, logistics, live operations and post-event reporting. No vendor handoffs, no split accountability.
Conferences, summits, product launches, executive dinners, town halls and awards evenings — venue sourcing, run-of-show, AV and staging, speaker and delegate management, branding and live show calling. Delivered for clients including DTEC around Step Conference in Dubai.
Mall takeovers, retail pop-ups, sampling campaigns, roadshows and interactive installations. We handle landlord approvals, footprint design, fabrication, sampling logistics, brand ambassadors and daily KPI reporting on dwell time, samples and leads — the model behind our 12-day Bepanthen takeover at JBR.
Store openings and product reveals engineered for footfall, press and social content. For Sephora we launched the new Mall of the Emirates flagship, transforming the space into an immersive, high-energy celebration.
Public realm programming, seasonal festivals and family events. For Dubai Silicon Oasis we produced Layali Ramadan end to end — branding, stage design, scenic fabrication, children’s workshops, outdoor lounges, crowd control and vendor management.
Invitation-only formats, VIP chalets and private brand experiences. Our Van Cleef & Arpels Treasure Hunt at Delano Dubai, Bluewaters, turned the hotel into a curated discovery journey built around the Maison’s high jewelry collection.
Every event we deliver in Dubai runs through the same five-stage process. It is how we keep creative intent, budget and timeline aligned from first brief to final report.
We start with the commercial objective, not the theme. Audience, guest numbers, format, budget band, non-negotiables and the measure of success. For public-facing work we also map permitting, landlord approvals and venue constraints at this stage, before creative time is spent.
Our creative team develops the concept, narrative, scenic direction and guest journey. You receive a creative deck covering theme, spatial design, entertainment direction, branding and key visual identity, with indicative budget attached to each element rather than a lump sum.
Detailed production schedule, scenic fabrication drawings, lighting and AV specification, entertainment booking, staffing plan, supplier curation and logistics. Every supplier is briefed against the same production bible.
Our producers run the floor: build, rehearsals, show calling, guest flow, vendor coordination and live troubleshooting — the same team that planned the event, not a handover crew.
Photography and film, attendance and engagement reporting, supplier reconciliation and a post-event report you can take to stakeholders and use to brief the next activation.
Headquartered in Dubai Media City, our UAE team manages events across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, while our Riyadh office delivers across Saudi Arabia. Cross-border production is coordinated by a single account lead.
Headquartered in Dubai Media City, our UAE team manages events across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah — venues across DIFC, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, JBR, City Walk, Yas Island and the wider Emirates. We hold working relationships with the major mall operators and venue owners across the country.
Beyond the UAE, our Riyadh office delivers across Saudi Arabia including Riyadh, Jeddah and Diriyah, and we have delivery experience in Qatar. Cross-border production is coordinated by a single account lead.
Cost depends on format, guest numbers, venue, scenic build and production scope rather than a flat agency fee. We break indicative budget out by element in the creative deck at concept stage, so you can see where spend sits before committing. Share your brief and budget band and we will come back with a scoped proposal.
For a corporate dinner or executive event of 50–150 guests, 6–10 weeks is workable. For conferences, product launches, mall activations or anything requiring landlord approvals, custom fabrication or international talent, 12–16 weeks gives materially better creative and commercial outcomes.
