we designed and delivered a bespoke VVIP experience inspired by the Maison’s exclusive Treasure Island high jewelry collection. Hosted at Delano Dubai, Bluewaters, the event transformed the hotel into an immersive treasure hunt journey, where international guests moved through a series of curated clues, themed challenges, and hidden discovery points. Every touchpoint was custom-built around the collection narrative, blending luxury storytelling, theatrical detail, and guest interaction to create a highly personalized experience for a global VVIP audience.

Following the treasure hunt, the experience transitioned into an elegant gala dinner, fully curated and executed by our team. Our scope covered end-to-end delivery, including creative concept development, guest journey design, scenic and thematic detailing, costumed hosts, performers, dancers, singers, entertainment programming, F&B coordination, venue setup, and full on-ground operations. From daytime exploration to evening celebration, the event showcased our ability to translate a luxury brand story into a refined, immersive, and seamlessly executed experiential event.

EXPO – Korean Pavillion

Inspire played a pivotal role in the delivery and management of the Korea Pavilion at Expo 2020 in Dubai. Tasked with stringent criteria, we managed the staffing for the pavilion throughout its six-month operation, handling all aspects of staff scheduling onsite. Additionally, we were responsible for the production elements and the complete maintenance of the pavilion, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Our team also took charge of planning and scheduling the entertainment for the duration of the pavilion’s operation. Thanks to these efforts, the Korea Pavilion was recognized as one of the best pavilions at Expo 2020 Dubai, marking the project as both a hands-on success and a highlight for our team.

Inspire was chosen to construct the first-ever acrylic dome activation for QNB Group, official supporters of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Our innovative dome, crafted from precisely cut acrylic and supported by over 2,000 pounds of robust steel, was a standout creation. Inside, we equipped a 360-degree photo booth to complement an interactive buzzer game that offered participants a chance to win tickets to the World Cup matches. This activation, one of the most unforgettable structures we have ever produced, toured across Qatar, adding to the festivities of the FIFA football season.
