DGDA – Summer Camp

Inspire Events organized the Diriyah Horizons or DGDA Summer Camp, a six-week immersive leadership and skills development program tailored for youth aged 10-17. Hosted at the historic site of Diriyah, the program blends educational activities with hands-on workshops, fostering personal growth, social responsibility, and cultural awareness among participants. This enriching experience offers young individuals a unique opportunity to explore their potentials in a culturally significant and inspiring setting.
DGDA – Parks

In an energetic partnership with DGDA, Inspire led the Parks Project, a transformative six-month initiative aimed at enriching community life. We meticulously managed every detail, from constructing vibrant stages to organizing engaging workshops for children. Our objective was to cultivate unity and belonging by offering a communal platform for participation in enriching activities and creating lasting memories. Through our joint efforts, we sought to improve the overall well-being and quality of life for residents, making a lasting, positive impact on the community landscape.
Takis

Inspire Group collaborated with Leo Burnett to design and execute an exceptional World Cup activation for Takis in Qatar and the UAE. This captivating campaign challenged fans to immerse themselves in the intensity of Takis through an innovative approach. We introduced interactive vending machines equipped with a game that required players to synchronize their movements with the motion of Takis chips. Successfully distributing thousands of samples, we engaged over 100,000 fans across both countries, enhancing brand interaction and leaving a lasting impact on attendees.
Permanent Installations

Our permanent installations captivate audiences with their dynamic interplay of light, reflections, and color. From reflective pillars that transform the environment into a mesmerizing display of patterns by day and vibrant lighting by night, to intricate structures made of colored glass panels that create immersive, ever-changing visual experiences, these installations invite exploration and curiosity. They seamlessly blend art and technology, offering unique and interactive spaces that engage viewers with shifting perspectives and playful design elements.
DSO – Layali Ramadan

Inspire organized and managed the traditional DSO Layali Ramadan. From branding, stage design, scenic fabrication to crowd control and vendor management, Inspire’s team saw the event through. The community actively participated in the Night Walk, thoroughly enjoyed the children’s workshops, and appreciated the outdoor lounge areas. Activated during the holy month, our installations were imbued with a sense of reverence and communal spirit. The event fostered social cohesion and cultural enlightenment by providing a platform for celebration and reflection. By involving local artists, the event bolstered the local economy and supported the region’s cultural heritage

Diriyah Season

Inspire was tasked with the production, fabrication, management, and maintenance of three out of the four zones at Diriyah Oasis—namely the Nature, Imagination, and Reflection zones. Collaborating with architects, scenic managers, and build teams, we developed mega-installations and super-structures that captivated and entertained visitors. The four-month event achieved widespread recognition throughout the Kingdom for its innovative approach and successful execution, further solidifying our reputation for excellence in event management.
EXPO – Korean Pavillion

Inspire played a pivotal role in the delivery and management of the Korea Pavilion at Expo 2020 in Dubai. Tasked with stringent criteria, we managed the staffing for the pavilion throughout its six-month operation, handling all aspects of staff scheduling onsite. Additionally, we were responsible for the production elements and the complete maintenance of the pavilion, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Our team also took charge of planning and scheduling the entertainment for the duration of the pavilion’s operation. Thanks to these efforts, the Korea Pavilion was recognized as one of the best pavilions at Expo 2020 Dubai, marking the project as both a hands-on success and a highlight for our team.
QNB – Mall Activation

Inspire was chosen to construct the first-ever acrylic dome activation for QNB Group, official supporters of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Our innovative dome, crafted from precisely cut acrylic and supported by over 2,000 pounds of robust steel, was a standout creation. Inside, we equipped a 360-degree photo booth to complement an interactive buzzer game that offered participants a chance to win tickets to the World Cup matches. This activation, one of the most unforgettable structures we have ever produced, toured across Qatar, adding to the festivities of the FIFA football season.
Diriyah Handicraft Workshop

In a dynamic partnership with DGDA, Inspire took the lead on the Diriyah Handicrafts project, a venture aimed at resurrecting the lost arts of the region. Over six months, Inspire expertly managed the weekly Handicraft Workshop series in Diriyah, handling everything from content programming to branding and production. These workshops brought to light the diverse traditional crafts from Saudi Arabia’s rich cultural heritage, presenting them to contemporary audiences in engaging and interactive sessions. Additionally, Inspire organized an exhibition showcasing the handicrafts created by workshop participants, fostering a strong sense of community throughout the project.
